✅ Priority File Format
For A4 and A3 documents:
👉 PDF — the primary and recommended format.
For large format printing (posters, technical drawings, diagrams):
👉 PDF — the priority and most stable format for printing.
PDF files guarantee correct display of fonts, sizes, colors, and element positioning.
📁 Supported File Formats
We accept the following formats for printing:
- PDF — priority format
- DOCX (Microsoft Word)
- PNG
- JPG / JPEG
Please note: when printing DOCX, PNG, and JPG files, differences may occur in the display of fonts, margins, colors, and scale compared to the original. For important orders, we recommend saving the file as PDF beforehand.
⚠️ Printing DWG Files
Printing from DWG format is possible, but you should be aware of the following risks:
- possible distortions due to missing or mismatched fonts;
- scale, line thickness, and object positioning may be affected;
- possible shifts in layers and drawing elements.
We strongly recommend exporting DWG files to PDF before printing.
📄 General Recommendations
- The file must be fully print-ready, without requiring additional editing.
- All fonts must be either embedded in the PDF file or converted to outlines.
- The document size must strictly match the printing format (A4, A3, A2, etc.).
- Color model — CMYK (for color printing).
- Raster image resolution: minimum 300 dpi for A4/A3, 150–240 dpi for large format printing.
Important Information
We are not responsible for printing errors caused by:
- incorrect file format,
- missing fonts,
- incorrect scale,
- low image resolution,
- errors in the original layout.
📲 File Transfer via Telegram and Viber (without quality loss)
When sending images through Telegram and Viber messengers, compression is applied by default, which can significantly reduce print quality.
To avoid quality loss, send files without compression:
In Telegram:
Before sending, uncheck "Compress image" or send the file via "File" option instead of "Gallery".
In Viber:
Choose "File" sending method instead of "Gallery".
Only uncompressed transfer preserves the original resolution, sharpness, and color accuracy of the image.
We are not responsible for reduced print quality if the file was sent through messengers with compression enabled.
